The Board meetings are held at Howelsen Ice Arena. The meetings are on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. and are open to all members. If you have any concerns, complaints or suggestions please attend one of the regularly scheduled meetings. If you cannot attend feel free to discuss any issues with one of the board members:

Complaints
All complaints must be made to the board in writing and will be reviewed at the next regularly schedule board meeting. A response will be sent to the complainant within 7 days after the review.
